Adore June Classic Sleeve for Google Nexus 5 Made of Original Cordura

Bought this in desperation when I was unable to find a waterproof pouch for my Nexus 5. I had a cheap neoprene pouch previously but the velcro on the flap had worn out so ended up plumping for this one.The phone barely fits and is a tight squeeze to get it in. There are two layers of fabric: the shiny, polyester feeling outer and a smoother, cottony inner liner. The problem is the two layers are only attached at the top of the case so, like cheap gloves, the liner pulls out a little making it impossible to get the phone back in after the first couple of times. I tried turning the case inside out, using a pencil to push the liner into place but it would still bunch up inside preventing the phone from fully inserting.Faced with either sending this back or fixing it myself, I took a pair of scissors to it! I cut a few centimetres of the liner from the very end of the pocket, folded it back in and now the case is functional, though less padded at that end because of it.This sleeve also has no flap to protect the top of the phone. This might be convenient if you use headphones but otherwise not ideal as that end is protected neither from impact nor water.Wish I'd just got the cheap neoprene case again in lieu of a decent, waterproof pouch.Edit: now I've snipped the bottom off the liner it's actually pretty good. In retrospect I think I could have just snipped the lining's corners off rather than the whole bottom. Still could do with being a few millimetres longer, mind.

Sadly this item was not suitable as I struggled to get my phone in and out of the case and missed a couple of phone calls because of this. It says made to fit the nexus 5 but it's size was a little too small to make it practical!

Hace poco perdí mi calcetín elástico y eso fue todo: el último vestigio de otra época para siempre perdido. Lo más parecido que he encontrado a un sistema para llevar el móvil cubierto pero con facilidad de estracción y que no sea funda de libro es este calcetín que cubre perfectamente mi iphone SE, sobrando un centímetro por arriba y el lateral debido a que está pensado para otro móvil. Por fuera la funda es de tela de mochila y por dento parece forro polar. No es un tejido nada elástico (sí flexible) pero muy grueso. En mi opinión hace abultar al móvil innecesariamente. Si bien es cierto que no sólo protege de los arañazos sino hasta cierto punto de los impactos, hubiese preferido un calcetín tradicional. Este no cabría en los bolsillos de personas más menudas que yo y además da calor.

Zunächst einmal möchte ich sagen, dass die Tasche einen ausgesprochen guten ersten Eindruck hinterlässt. Der Stoff wirkt sehr edel und fühlt sich auch so an. Dieses angenehm wertige Gefühl setzt sich im Inneren der Tasche fort. Das Nexus 5 wird durch eine Mikrofaserfüllung optimal geschützt.Auch ich empfinde die Tasche als etwas eng. Jedoch keinesfalls so, dass ich sie zurück schicken würde. Vielmehr habe ich den Eindruck, dass sich das Material nach 1-2 Wochen noch etwas nachgeben und dann perfekt passen wird. Die Länge/Höhe ist in meinen Augen optimal. Wird das Nexus 5 bis zum Anschlag in die Tasche gesteckt, so verschwindet es etwa 2-3 mm innerhalb der Tasche. Nicht zu weit, so dass man es kaum wieder heraus bekommt und nicht zu wenig, so dass es an der Oberkante Kratzer bekommen könnte. Ich bin froh, dass ich die Tasche trotz der vielen negativen Rezensionen gekauft habe.☛ Im ersten Moment ist die Tasche tatsächlich etwas eng aber keinesfalls so, dass man das Nexus 5 nicht hinein bekommen würde. Ich kann eine (klare) Kaufempfehlung aussprechen (alles ohne zusätzliches Case o.ä.).
