Heel Inc Homeopathic Remedies: T-Relief Arnica + 12, 1.76 oz

I was in need of a quick cheap replacement to my usual surgeon recommended brand to hold me over until my next appointment where I could purchase Arnica cream directly from my doctor's office. This brand didn't seem as effective but I didn't check expiration or compare % of medicinal properties so I can't say for sure why didn't seem as helpful as other brands.

Very happily surprised that this product is good as it states it is. It's nice to have a topical that protects, soothes and heals.

This formula works wonders for sore muscles and injuries-! My mom has bad bursitis and arthritis in her shoulder and this cream helps her so much-!! I used to just use arnica on its own but I really see the benefit to the added ingredients in this formula. Highly recommend-!!

Prevents next day soreness after yoga racketball etc put it on those muscles...no pain next day!

I have plantar fasciitis in both feet, and have received 2 rounds of the cortisone shots and am on a very high doseage of prescription NSAID. My feet were throbbing constantly after the last round of shots, so much so that I couldn't sleep. Traumeel had just come in, so I tried it and finally got some relief and some sleep. It definitely works for me, and am so thankful one of my friends suggested it. It does take about 30 - 45 minutes to feel the full affect (for me anyway). It's reasonably priced for a homeopathic remedy, so even if you're one of the people it doesn't work on you haven't lost much. I'm definitely ordering a larger size - winter is coming and I'd rather use this than SportsCreme.

Works surprisingly well. It relieves my knee pain, letting me have a better nights sleep. I have a background in the health food/homeopathic business so I'm a died in the wool skeptic regarding these products. This cream (T-Relief Arnica + 12) is one of the exceptions to my "probably not" rule, as it provides me with significant relief. As with all of these products, your results may be different than mine.

really works for soft tissue pain like my torn rotator cuff. It does not pretend to heal the underlying issue, but it will be less painful. Be careful if you use it on a strain in order to play thru it because you may aggravate the underlying issue further. But, great stuff for pain relief.
