Perfect for cutting blue foam for sculpture - made short work of a huge project

On the whole this is a great kit and having purchased 3 previously I do know this type of product well. But with that said I read the instructions in the first 5 minutes of having it only to find out due to the lack of detail this model is only meant for short bursts of cutting 15 seconds each however the supplier has another model with a fan meant for longer runs of cuts. So now I need to buy it instead. Sorry but the first line of the instructions should be in the product description not just in the box.This knife made the long journey to Costa Rica which Amazon/DHL did a superb job of in two days. However I most certainly am not about to pay freight both ways so I get to eat this when a simple one line addition in the description would have prevented this FU. Critical details should never be eliminated in favor a few 1’s and zeros. This does not aid the consumer it just confuses what is not confusing! So seller please correct this meanwhile I hope this warning helps others not make the same ignorant mistake!

Blades are junk. They bend like bubble gum when hot. Cannot get a 90 degree perpendicular cut.Gage of metal is too thin and the groove cut all the way down its center length is not only pointless but robs it of any strength the thun gushed metal had. Stupid.

Worked really well for ten minutes, then it started to smoke and won’t turn on any more, not to impressed.
