The product came in damaged condition. The (lip) stick fell off as I opened its cover.

I absolutely love the shade of this lipstick—it’s exactly what I was looking for! However, the packaging is faulty. The base of the lipstick is loose and not properly fixed, causing the lipstick to tilt and touch the edges of the tube every time I use it. This is chipping away at the product, making it difficult to apply smoothly and wasting a lot of it. I was really excited about this purchase, but this defect is preventing me from using the lipstick to its full potential. I would appreciate a replacement, as I genuinely love the color and want to use it without this issue. Please assist with a resolution.

It has light glossy shade.. Luved it

I love this because I have very dry lips and this lipstick keeps them moisturised. It's my favourite lipstick and the shade is also beautiful.
