Massage Trigger Point cane. WONDERFUL! Very sturdy. I use for pressure point to get muscle to relax and then do a minute or so of massage with it. Shoulders and upper arms have been very stiff and painful for months. The 1st night I used it, I woke up with a lot less pain! I use it daily now and my range of mobility is slowly improving. Just to get my arm up to comb my hair was almost unbearable before! I use it when sitting in my recliner. I only use the egg shaped end for all I need in my shoulder area. I have yet to use the bottom half. This way it is much more manageable. I am thrilled with this Trigger point massager! The use book is a really great bonus! I will never be without this cane!

This cane was recommended by my physical therapist. I have used it several times to put pressure on key sore muscles and have found it aids in tight muscle relief. If you suffer from tired, tight muscles this can is the best to reach that exact area causing the problem. Highly recommended this product.

This device helps with various pains on my back and shoulders. I've not used it on my legs as there isn't any need but it does help on other plagthat hurt.

When you don't have someone to massage your back or have to get one done, this item makes it all the worth while. This allows you to control the pressure points on order to get that perfect relief. Worth getting, also keep away from animals as they live to chew on things like these
