Does this work with Smartthings?

Just want to correct a few bad answers here, yes this does work with SmartThings it will pair directly with the SmartThings hub I can confirm it does does with the v3 hub and the Aeotec hub (those 2 hubs are exactly the same except for the brand name printed on the device). No custom device handler is needed.

Does it work with Google assistant?

It can work thru most hubs that support Zigbee devices.

Is there a way to adjust the sensitivity on the motion sensor or through smart things?

There is no sensitivity adjustment. You will activate a duration adjustment, such as, if no motion detected for X minutes. I use that to turn off a smart plug connected to under cabinet lights.
