This is not telling everyone to go get DHEA. This is my own personal testimony. My Doctor told me to take DHEA and that it is not FDA approved. She said This brand was the better of the two options she gave me to take. I have been placed in surgical menopause and along with the numerous other HRT this has helped. I know because I had bought the wrong DHEA before and definitely felt a difference. I do recommend but use under supervision of a doctor who specializes in Women's health and HRT.

I almost never leave reviews but if this helps someone then it's totally worth it. I'm a 46 yr old mother of 3, struggling with intense fatigue, belly weight gain, anxiety/irritability, mild depression, sleep disturbances, brain fog, low libido. These symptoms started around 43 after I had 3rd child. I've chalked them up to perimenopause (still have regular periods). I have an appointment with gyn in a month about getting hrt, but decided to try this to give me some relief in the meantime.
