Very disapointed!!!!
I don't know if its Windows 10 or the PC. I had to send the first one back because it just lasted a few days. The one they replaced it with is very slow. I would not buy one from this company if they can't do better work then this.

Not at all ready to use when received
When it initially turned the laptop on, I discovered that it was password protected. There was no information to tell me what the password was, and Amazon technical help couldn't assist me, either. My only solution was to take it to a computer repair place and have them "crack the code". It's ridiculous that an additional expense was needed to make it usable. After getting it back from the computer repair place, it has worked well, and I have no complaints about it's usability.

It did not have a Web Cam as advertised
The price was very fair; However, it did not have a webcam as advertised.

Get what you pay for
It is what is is for the money. The charger is frayed off (as pictured) which is annoying because I’ll have to buy a new one soon. And the laptop itself was like sticky dirty which was hard to get in the picture but it’s like someone ate a bunch of candy then rubbed their hands all over it.So far though it works decently fast & works fine for what I want it for. It’s not top speeds by any means but it was also relatively cheap for a laptop.

Just past the return deadline...
My computer came in a timely manner in expected condition. After working flawlessly for a few weeks I started having to turn it on/off/on to get the screen to come on. My husband has a Dell also and said he has to do that sometimes too so I didn't figure it was a big deal. Now, 17 days past the return/customer service window the screen won't turn on at all. The computer fires up and I see nothing. I expect a computer to last longer than 3 1/2 months.

Barely adequate
HD was only 110 GB usable not 320. One USB port was dead. Battery was shot and had to be replaced. Fairly slow. Several scratches and keyboard was sticky out of the box. Pay the extra $120 and get a new one.

freeze screen
I bought this period not up to 5 months ago and i can't use it anymore as the screen gets white and then freezes. It sometimes freezes for about 10 min and the screen won't respond. It is a totally waste of money. please please don't buy.
