Works as advertised. Would def'n buy again.
The media could not be loaded. It worked for me. I have a 16 year old portable hot tub that I recently had to push back on to it's side to replace the drain fitting at the bottom and it sat empty on it's side for probably 8 months. I had taken all the skirts off to do that work, and when I went to refill it discovered it was now losing water. It was losing water from the hose connections, the gasket that goes in the middle of the jet, and the gasket that seals against the surface of the hot tub shell. It was not a huge amount of water but an overwhelming project to take on, so I gave this a try and super happy that I did. You can see in the before an after photos, the product forms a kind of plastic seal where the water comes out, that eventually hardens and keeps any more water from coming out.I did feel like the tub was still leaking a little at day 4, and then we had 3 days of rain, and after that there were no more leaks.

Product works. Period.
This Stop Leak does exactly what it says. Works. Period. I had 2 leaks in my tub. Followed the directions, and within 3 days, both stopped. Will definitely buy again. Worth every dollar.

Easiest, cheapest, quickest, low labor fix for leaker fountains
This review is after a week and applies only to outdoor recirculating fountains. After trying a number of other unsuccessful ‘fixes’ this stuff appeared to work pretty quickly (miraculously?) but the leak returned after a couple days; gave it a second dose, again seems to have worked. For fountain application it’s ability to penetrate everywhere water goes is a far, far superior fix to using spray rubber, epoxy, aquarium sealer, etc, as 1) the problem is often deeper than a surface sealer application can reach and 2) fountain cracks open up more with the full weight of water, so fixing it ‘dry’ is no good. I’ve even used underwater sealer but you’re still limited to the surface you can reach — and cracks from freeze/thaw often occur in inaccessible areas (even on an empty fountain). For small fountains, bird baths, etc that only hold several gallons of water, the smallest 8 oz bottle for under $15 is plenty for a number of applications…and even if it periodically needs a booster shot, it’s still the best solution by far to all alternatives for any persistent leaker. Think of it, in the light least favorable, as the easiest, cheapest, quickest, least labor intensive option that may work and you should try it before anything else for leakers. Word to the wise: if you don’t exchange the water after a couple days birds and animals will avoid it while it still has the chemical aboard…but it doesn’t seem to harm ground cover when dumped on it.

12/20 - worked immediately, but... 04/21- second try may be the charm...
My Sundance hot tub was leaking water at about 5 gallons daily. Service guy said it was a difficult fix, pipes were underneath. I took out the filter and slowly added Marlig so it would get sucked into the intake. Next day, there was no drop in water. 15 days later, water level was still unchanged, not leaking! After about 20 days, the pool level dropped about 6 inches. Refilled the tub and repeated the process. Again, it stopped the leak immediately. Filter is still out. Will see how things go, I will update my rating either way depending on what happens. Also noted that one of the jet outlets was very sluggish after use; it may have plugged it. More to come.Well, I added the second bottle and it has held now through April. I have not returned the filter to the tub, continued with routine chemicals. The tub is not crystal clear, my suspicion is that there is residual particulate from this product that may be helping to continue stopping the leak, like platelets that clot blood. (Sorry for that analogy, I am in health care!) That being said, it has not dropped any water in the past 4 months! That is a whole lot better than having to refill 20 gallons every day, or worse having to replace the tub. I plan to change the water, install a new filter and will then see how it does. My review started with 3/5 stars, now up to 4/5 stars. Bottom line, if you are in dire straits, go for it, you have nothing to lose and may buy you more time.04/25/21- Filter is back in, so this is NOT a permanent fix. You will stop the leak as long as the sealer stays in. Disappointing, but still cheaper than a new tub at this time. Back to only 3 stars

It worked.
One bottle stopped about 90% of the leak. A second bottle seems to be 100% sealed. I’m surprised and pleased so far. Hopefully the seal will last in a 400 gal hot tub. The leak was significant. I don’t know what was leaking in the plumbing.

Worked immediately to plug my leaky tub...let's hope it holds!
I have a small, 2-person indoor spa that is probably about 20 years old. The manufacturer (Galbocca) seems to have gone out of business. It developed a very small leak towards the end of this winter. The leak was such that it only leaked when I was running the pump/heater - when turned off and just sitting full of water, no leak was apparent. Of course the tub is only usable with the pump/heater running, so I needed to fix it. Since this is indoors in a finished, drywalled room, any amount of leakage would be unacceptable. And, there is no way to get to the internal plumbing of the tub as it is a single-piece, spray-foam unit - I would have to carve out all of the foam to be able to directly seal any pipes or gaskets.I filled the tub with water, removed my filter, added 4 oz of this product to the skimmer intake, and ran the pump/heater. I placed a small pond pump in the bottom as well, to help circulate the water and polymer. The leak seems to have sealed up immediately, and my floor is bone dry. After running the tub with the polymer for 36 hours, I am now draining the tub to let everything dry out and cure.I will let the tub dry for two weeks before I attempt to fill it up and run it again. I will update my response then to let you know if the seal is holding.
