I've been taking these with magnesium and calcium for about 2 weeks and only great things have happened. I'm a MAT patient from r 3 yrs and it causes vitamin deficiencies that were never told to me. When I started treatment my bones started hurting,but I thought it was me just feeling things I hadn't felt from being under the influence. Then for the past 8 months my hair started thinning and the shedding was getting bad. Come to find out it's the methadone! Not only can it make it hair follicles go dormant,it also stops u from absorbing vitamins and minerals. So I ordered these along with vitb complex with vitamin C and magnesium from Bronson! Within 2 weeks my shedding has dramatically decreased! I feel better at all around. My bones have stopped aching and my carpal tunnel has subsided. These are great quality and do not make me nauseous. I take the Vitamin B complex on an empty stomach and the rest together at night. Now I did get a separate calcium supplement from another company. Only because they didn't have any without other vitamins included. Thanks for reading this if u made it through. I just had to share my experience

I like that the D3 came in 10,000 IU plus the K2 helps metabolize the D3. The size and capsules are easy to swallow, too.
