I did not think that this was something that you could buy without a Prescription! I was lucky to find this as I have tubes os Santyl, a prescription medication that helps leg ulcers from edema heal , and it works really great on bad burns as well! It’s fairly easy to use! See the Manufacturer Page for instructional videos! I have to watch my Husbands legs as he retains water and it will cause skin ulcers if he does not watch his salt intake. He rarely gets them, but he got two awhile back, and I was frantic as I only had a small piece of this product left! I was extremely relieved to find it here on Amazon! I check his legs regularly for any signs of ulcers and I found one that got the size of a dime and with this product, I cleared it up in about a week or so! It is a great product!

Excellent wound care supply

This product will keep your wound dry so it can heal. I have not used any other brand, if there is one, but this is a quality product. It is expensive, but for me I've been working for 18 months to get a foot wound to heal. I'll pay or this and appreciate the quality. It takes the moisture away from the wound and does not appear to allow it to seep back in. Good stuff!

It’s good product but it can get expensive. I had some seriously deep gashes on my bilateral forearm, I use this in conjunction with Manuka honey and colloidal silver and really sped up the healing. Saline wound wash, Manuka honey, aqua cell, colloidal silver on the aqua cell, non stick pad, wrap it up and repeat process every 2-3 days. If you have trouble healing that routine should work wonders for you. My dad taught it to me and he gets painful Venus ulcers that would other wise take years to heal

Very pricy, but cheapest online option i could see with really fast shipping, so good for in a pinch. I've started a woundcare routine where it's two days of a silver cream and then two days of acquacel, and things started healing much more rapidly once the aquacel returned to the mix.
