Goo Gone Foaming Kitchen Degreaser- Removes Baked-On Food, Grease, Splatter and Grime, 2 PACK 28 oz

Fabulous degreasing cleaner for kitchen GOO. I’m finally cleaning years of grease on my stove and microwave from a period when tenants lived in my house and cooked lots of fried food. GOO Gone arrived from Amazon this morning and my stove and microwave are already 90% grease free. The FOAM is an amazing plus for cleaning vertical surfaces. You can spray a vertical surface and the cleaner stays put while you prepare to scrub; it does not drizzle all over the place. Label says not to use it on varnished or painted surfaces so I am holding off on using on the cabinets above the range hood - for now. If all else fails, I will try GOO Gone on those wood surfaces too. My kitchen is from the 1960’s so I don’t have a lot to lose. GOO Gone is effective and a time saver! So happy that I found it recommended on the Serious Eats degreaser review.

Works fast! Great product for removing sticky grease. Saved my hands and arms from soreness. Definitely a great product!

Had to clean grease on stove top & heavy caked on grease in vent hood. It was made easy by this product. All I did was spray it, let it sit and wiped it off. Cut my cleaning time for sure. I ran out of it while 3/4 done so I borrowed from my sister (who lives close by) another brand. Hers didn’t clean as well & I had to keep scrubbing hard. Definitely Bought more for myself, sister, & mom.

I looked at the the reviews before I purchase anything and there definitely was more good than bad, when I got it, no issues, it wasn't leaking and it was a full bottle. When I sprayed it on my cabinets it came out in a foam, which I used rubber gloves and I smeared it all over my cabinets because as you know if you smoke your cabinets get this yucky tar film, yellow gook on it that does not come off with regular cleaners, I've tried many so I decided to try Goo Gone for kitchen. I sprayed it rubbed it around because it doesn't spray out in a Mist it sprays out in a foam so I spread it all over with my rubber glove and I let it sit for at least 3 to 5 minutes and it already just started to drip Brown from the grime and dirty tar, now mind you I do clean my cabinets with regular cleaner but it doesn't get that tar from Smoke Off, this was amazing I did have to spray it twice wipe off spray it again let it sit because there was some build up but it definitely did what it was supposed to do just let it sit on there for up to at least 5 minutes if you have tar from smoke and cooking Grease you know those specks that never come off no matter how hard you scrub. The smell was not evasive even though I did have my window open some but it did not bother me at all. I would recommend and I'm telling everyone. .BTW do not use it on or near chrome faucets I accidently did when i sprayed some in the tub and it hit the faucet and it damaged it a little.

As a degreaser, this product is excellent. It did its job, no problems. As far as burnt-on food on cookware, it did nothing to remove any of it. I followed the package instructions. I even did a spot where I left it overnight and it did nothing. I don’t understand why modern science and technology can’t develop a product that could just dissolve burnt on food from a metal or a nonstick coating, that doesn’t make sense to me at all. Again this product did nothing for the burnt on area of the piece of cookware I was trying to remove. You’re better off getting an abrasive that is intended for whatever specific type of metal cookware you’re using and a steel wool pad, you’ll get better results, quicker.

I'm ordering more as we speak lol. This stuff is amazing. Was helping clean a house where the stove and hood were a mess. Things were really caked on. However, using this following the directions, it was like the stove and hood were brand new. Also like that this did not have super strong chemical smell

THIS STUFF IS AMAZING! Cleaned an apt today that had been lived in 5 years...and apparently NEVER, EVER cleaned. The stove/oven usually takes the most time. Today, when I got there the stove/oven was horrid. I sprayed it all down with this stuff and then went on to clean the upstairs of the unit. Came back 2.5 hours later to start on the stove. I thought the burner pans would be un-salvageable. Came clean. Underneath the stove top? Didn't even have to scrub...just wiped out with paper towels. The inside of the oven had me worried. Normally really bad ovens can take me 2-4 hours to clean. I degrease. I scrub with steel pads. I scrape with pumice stones. I do all this and repeat until I am happy with it. Today, once I started working on the oven I was a little bit disappointed. When I opened the oven door it didn't look like much had happened in the 2.5 hours it had been sitting. I usually start by just wiping out the oven with paper towels to get rid of the wet stuff and loose crumbs and debris so I can actually see the surface of the oven to know what I'm dealing with. I started wiping the walls with paper towels and most of the burnt on black grease crud came right off with the paper towel! It looked to me as if spraying it and letting it set had not done much. I was wrong. After I had wiped the whole oven down with paper towels I had very little burnt on stuff left to deal with. I puled out my trusty metal scrubber and did a quick respray with my normal degreaser and all that burnt on black stuff just melted away. When I started, the oven was entirely black. You could not see any of the grey color of the interior. This pic is what I ended up with and the inside of the oven took me less time than the stove top and range hood did.

I'm a landlord, and I wanted to find a product that would clean the grease stains off the plastic top of the door frame on a Whirlpool oven. I sprayed the product on, waited a bit, and then scrubbed (very) vigorously with a scrubbie. From the before and after pictures you can see -- very little improvement. Very disappointed -- and note: not returnable through Amazon. Buyer beware.

This is nothing like what is shown on media , I used it on a fairly soiled pan and it didn't remove a spec of debri

Though all the oil and grease were not removed in one cleaning, I would not complain. Most of the 7 year old grease came off. It is an amazing product.
