The fingerprint scanner did not work at all. Was not able to add a fingerprint after screen protector was placed. So I tried to remove it. The product splintered everywhere, resulting in glass shards all over me and the floor. The part over the fingerprint scanner took me 25+ minutes to remove resulting in glass shards under my finger nails and multiple cuts to my fingers.

Product is straightforward to install, but where the fingerprint is they never put enough glue and they ruin the ability to scan and will put a smudge there instead. Do not waste your time or money on these.

It broke trying to take paper off.

It goes on great and looks good but I can no longer text without pressing excessively hard then it messes up my msgs.

Save your time and money, does not recognize finger prints and they only send 1 install kit for 4 covers. Went straight into the trash as that's where it belongs.

Install is easy but not able to use fingerprint reader.

I needed a replacement for my screen protector for my Samsung Galaxy Note20. I received two screen protectors in a nice box. They came with screen cleaner and wipe. Sadly, the actual screen protector was difficult to remove from the adhesive screen so first one broke during that process. I spent more time and a lot of patience with the second one and I was able to free it from the adhesive. I was able to place it over the phone, of note the screen protector is very rigid so it’s difficult to remove the air bubbles. When I tried to place the phone protector over the phone I realized that the screen protector doesn’t fit as it supposed to and it broke. Therefore this product is useless for what is supposed to be. I don’t recommend it.

many letter keys do not work when typing. Super annoying - have to touch some keys repeatedly.
