worst purchase ever

this seller is the worst. after a week of installing the pc it stopped working and i returned it immediately. it was received at their loading dock but they claimed that it was never scanned thus never refunding my money. DO NOT buy from this seller!!!

WiFi does not work

I can’t test out the running capability of the PC since the Wi-Fi is not working. Sent a message to customer service and still waiting for a reply. There was also a pretty nice gouge on the computer itself doesn’t affect the performance but still disappointing. The monitor is in no way great and will be replacing it. The mouse is different than what was shown on the listing, too. Once I hear back from CS and hopefully get the WiFi issue resolved, I can test out the PC and update my review accordingly.
