Did not try to use it. You tube video made this repair look too risky for me to try. Make your own mind up on this. Kit is complete and looks like it will work. I wimped out.

Crap quality suction cup broke immediately as well as picks screw drivers were wrong size and everything is in a different language so don't kno what it was.... waste of money

I had a note 9 that had a shattered screen so this made for an easy screen replacement without going to samsung and paying $200 just for a new screen

I am pleased with my purchase it came with all the tools that was neededIts value for my money

I read the reviews. But I had watched many people and thought I could do it. The tools are very poorly made, with no instructions, and one slip up caused to break the led screen, when my only problem was the outside glass. I would not buy even if you know what you are doing.

I was not able to use this for my phone, but the reseller had no issue giving me a refund and explained to me what the issue is. I would purchase from the seller again.

Very good replacement screen, Installed ok with some persuasion.
