The poles were not what was advertised. Very poor quality not sturdy at all.We contacted the company for refund. They gave us refund. However the amount of poles we ordered came in 8 large boxes. When I asked the seller how they wouldPick up these boxes seller told me to contact Amazon. No one at Amazon would answer the question. They said contact seller. So we drove 50 miles to a FedEx shipping store. Then we found out we had to pay for them to be shipped back. We then spent over $260.00 shipping them back. Would not recommend this company!

These look very think and sturdy in the photos- listed a “Heavy Duty”. Absolutely NotVery thin poles, clips are flimsy. We cemented them on the pool deck, first rain storm with wind the poles bent and the clips pulled offHighly dissatisfied

The poles are thin and sway and bend with the wind. Because of this the shade cover sags and doesn’t look good. Plus as flimsy as the poles are I believe they will eventually bend. We are debating send them back!!

Not worth the money bought them for a project and they were so bad we ended up not being able to use them after all and couldnt return them

These things are in multiple pieces that screw together and are tiny. No way I would trust these to hole a canopy

Missing parts to connect pole pieces together. The parts are a weird size can’t find them anywhere.

These poles were such a pain to install and they ended up looking totally stupid. They are way too thin and flimsy. When it's windy, the whole top of the pole blows in the wind and is very dangerous with the sun shade attached. The poles are already leaning in just from the tension of the sun shade so it just looks super wonky. It took a while for us to put them up and unfortunately now we're outside the return window. Going to take the whole thing down because it looks super cheap.

Used to mount two triangular shade sails on our new deck. Had to immediately take it down as the poles were not even close to capable of safely holding the sails in even light winds. Unfortunately I'm outside of the return window. The images in the pics on Amazon appear as if the poles are much larger in diameter. Very dissatisfied.
