The Moen Medina SRS works great and looks nice. The body and handle appear to be metal while the base plate and sprayer are plastic with a SRS finish.The faucet is light and at first I thought how very cheap of Moen to make such a poor quality faucet for such a price. However, It’s been a couple of months of use and have come to appreciate how smoothly the spigot, handle and sprayer move. I think the lighter weight materials may even help the function of these parts. I can also appreciate the plastic construction of the base plate and sprayer as they will not corrode. The SRS finish is consistent on both plastic pieces so it’s not possible distinguish what’s metal and what’s plastic. The faucet was easy to install as well. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and should any issues arise I am fairly certain Moen will stand by its product and make it right. I really don’t expect to have any problems with it though. Update 12/26/225: Faucet works and looks like new.

It took me a while to shop for a kitchen faucet, after our glacier faucet which we had for about 3 years quit on us, I decided to shop for a better faucet, so we decided with this Moen brand faucet. My wife loves it, the swivel is just a breeze, unlike our old faucet that was hard to rotate to the left or to the right. The spray hose pulls out like a breeze, nice and easy, the look(we did not use the plate)looks awsome! It is little more expensive than other brand, but it is worth each $ we paid for it. I think I will buy all my plumbing fixtures Moen brand from now on, no more cheapy brands to save few dollars.

I had this faucet installed in about 40 minutes. Instructions were accurate and easy to follow. Faucet is fairly basic looking, but for the price it works as expected with a handle that swivels easily and a sprayer that operates as it should.

Bought this to replace old faucet that had become leaky. I was worried it would do the same but it has worked very well. It was easy to install and a great quality.

The faucet was relatively easy to install, with no help from the instructions. I looked up an installation on YouTube to get the real method. It took some time, but everything worked as planned. My wife loves it. I would say it’s not as beefy as the MOEN faucet I removed, but still looks good. We have an off-white sink, so the stainless look really looks good. One thing to note, the diameter of the new faucet is narrower than the old, so there is a slight ring from left from the previous faucet. All-in-all, we’re very satisfied.

The faucet is lighter than our old one, took a little getting used to. The difference in the weight is really nice and the quality is all there. When you place the head back into the faucet a magnet pulls it in. The only problem is the squirter mode is high pressure and splashes all over the place. It's not very useful. The old model had 2 squirter modes, high and low pressure. This one has only the high pressure. The faucet in normal mode works great. The hose under the counter doesn't get stuck like the old one did. For the money it's an outstanding value.

While some parts of this are plastic, not metal as appears, it doesn't look cheap, and the light weight is actually an asset. Rotates very smoothly from side to side. Easy install (45m total to take out old faucet and install this one). We had two similar Deltas freeze up after very little time, and this is much better in terms of movement.

This is a great faucet. I have had too many faucets be disappointing in their longevity until this Moen. One of the best things I like is the powerful spray. I like that the spray can be stopped and started with the button which is convenient. Also the spray head re-seats perfectly every time. It costs more than I was used to spending but "buy your last faucet first."

I ordered this faucet on line, which was hard because you never really know what it is going to look like. It's perfect. I did have a plumber install it as it was out of my expertise. The price point was excellent, and it works very well, the pull out handle is smooth and the water pressure is excellent. The spray feature is also very powerful. I did replace and old model Moen faucet which in retrospect was not very effective.

I bought this faucet for my laundry room. I like the fact that the switch for the sprayer is underneath the spout, so it's not as visible. Very happy with this purchase, the faucet does the job perfectly and it was easy to install (so I've been told, I didn't do it myself...)

Nothing to dislike here! Effortless installation, fingerprint resistance, attractive appearance, all good. The spray is very strong, really helpful, hose nearly reaches the floor.

This is the greatest faucet I've ever used. And it really does always look good, no spots and very easy to pull out and use a flow or a spray.
