These are really handy. I can finally breathe when I go to sleep. I recommended this to a family member.

They're ok if you wear them while awake. They fall out pretty easily while your asleep. Maybe it's the shape and size of my nose. They don't stay in while asleep. I'd wake up and they'd be in my bed.

I've tried a few different devices to deal with stuffy nose, especially at night, including the stick on nose strips. The strips work well-ish, but you have to place them just so on the outer nose, to really get the intended, full benefit, plus you have to keep buying them. These little stents or tubes or whatever they are technically called, work so much better, though, and are basically *set it and forget it*. There are different sizes included and some are a softer silicone, and others are a hard plastic, so you can just mess around and find what works for you in terms of comfort and efficacy. I love these, they opened up my nasal passages so well....I wish I'd had discovered these long ago. Wash-up is simple, just put in a little cup ( I use the paper ones meant for the bathroom) of lightly soaped water and then rinse off. it's been a long time since I've been able to breathe this well.

Definitely helped my husbands nose breathing. However he also sleeps with his mouth open so didn’t completely take care of the problem. Worth a try everyone responds differently.

Used many of these appliances to help stop snoring etc., they are all down to a matter of comfort and of course cost over time. Came across these and thought I'd try and must admit I'm not disappointed.These on the otherhand are very cheap in comparision are well made and somehow don't seem to deteriate at all. Very easy to rinse out and use again without any fuss. I would really recommend trying as they are very cheap to try. BTW what suits some doesn't always suit another so experiment.

I didn't know which one would work best for my husband, so this pack works great as it comes with 3 options - 1 magnetic, 1 hard plastic insert (white) and 1 soft plastic insert (blue). The insert comes with 3 different sizes to accommodate nostril sizes. It unblocks the nostril if it's stuck, but doesn't really help with snores that come from the back of the throat. Good option to have around the house.

Missing items and item I did recieve didn't work for me.

The media could not be loaded.  Love the different sizes, great reusable (for a while) alternative to disposable nasal strips. Highly recommend to anyone who needs help breathing day or night.
