Makes me sleepy and fuzzy-headed so that means it works?
Definitely take this when you are about 30 minutes from wanting to go to sleep. This works well and makes me doze off in no time. I made the mistake of taking it at work one day (I wanted to calm some stress), but ended up having to take a nap on my lunch break I was so sleepy. Haven't noticed any negative side effects, and the quality seems consistent.
