Foundation to bottom frame plate sealer. Works very well, easy to use; comes out nice and thick, not runny; easy to work with and clean. It also stays elastic and does not dry rock hard. Sika isn't as well-known, but they make some of the best sealers and adhesives.

Great product for my 1/4" sawed joints in my shop and sealed them from water going in the joints. it's the perfect product for a Horizontal application.

I've ordered Sikalflex 1A twice before from this seller with no problems. Apparently, though, the third time is not the charm. I received Sikaflex 1C SL instead. The 1C product is self-leveling and useless for my intended application although I can employ it to seal from cracks in concrete flatwork so I kept it. Now the question is.....should I risk ordering again and hoping I get the 1A or go elsewhere?

Sikaflex top of the line polyurethane you can smell it in the fumes it releases it is a potent combination and when it cures up it is Bomb proof

tubes were old stock and did not flow into cracks. I have purchased the same product from other seller and it worked great. These appear to be old and partially cured in the tube. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER
