Loved this during and after my workout
This product is very good for your electrolytes. Depending on the size of your container you have the option to use a full tablet or break it in half. The tablet is scored in a center. The taste is really good, not too sweet, dissolved well in water, easy to use, and I can put it into a bottle of water or juice but, I always used water. I could easily put the container In my purse if I needed to.

Package and tubes arrived opened and spilled out over the package
I received this package and when I opened it the plastic around the box was half way removed, the box was crushed and several of the tubes were opened and product all over the box. Since this is a consumable product, it went in the trash.

Used this to keep myself hydrated and also to stop getting cramps it works very well for both. I would buy this product again

I purchased the Berry and Blackcurrant flavours both of which taste great. Not overly sweet like other brands, dissolves easily and doesn't taste gluggy. Perfect for hot humid days. The tubes are easy to take when travelling.

I’ve been using HIGH5 ZERO Electrolyte tablets for my workouts for a bit of time! The berry flavour is lovely without being too sweet, and it mixes easily in water with no residue. I really like that it’s zero sugar and zero calories, but still helps replace electrolytes after exercise. Perfect for long runs. The tubes are handy for travel and fit easily in a gym bag. Definitely one of the best-tasting electrolyte tablets I’ve tried! Highly recommend for anyone who wants an easy, effective hydration boost. 💧
