I didn't have to heat this up. I fit on without any issues or sloop. I've beached and dragged the Keel and it looks like it's holding up. This was very sleek and looks a bit more appealing to the eye than some DIY ones.

Ordered for my OT PDL 120. The keel guard even has that stamped on it. It doesn't remotely fit and using a heat gun just mis-shapes it more. Whoever designed this did an eyeball test and scribbled down the design. Do not buy. This went in the trash.

I read a lot of reviews where people said these keels guards didn’t fit properly, but the one I received fit like a glove.

It fit well . I did use a heat gun to improve it a bit but it fit well enough that if you didn’t have one it would work well as supplied
