Works great. Easy to install. Wish I would have bought one sooner. Powder coating looks good. My 2013 Explorer would ralltle terribly when towing something light. This fixed that. Don’t have to worry about someone stealing your hitch in a parking lot either. This thing locks it in place. Need a wrench to remove it.

Installation was easy and seems to do the job. I installed this on my Ranger to eliminate rattling while driving off road with the carrier attached and while I’ve only driven a short distance so far, I’m pleased

Very nicely made. Very durable. I can use this on my 2" and 1 1/2" receivers. I use a trailer all the time, one way empty and the other full... Empty my trailer feels like I have a bucking bronco on the back of my truck. I got this, put it on .... and... OMG!!!! very nice!!! No more continuous bucking, bucking noise... OMG, I wish I did this years ago!!! Thank you!!

This does EXACTLY what it says it does - stop the rattle. That being said, I have an extension so I need two of these (one on each end).Comes WITH lock washers. Mine haven’t moved since I’ve installed them and I haul a trailer 3-4 days a week.

I had a lotta rattling from my trailer hitch and just got tired of it. I finally decided to see if this was something the internet could cure. The internet is still undefeated - it pointed me to a simple solution just like this. The price was right and this product fit the bill perfectly. Getting a silent hitch did not need anything more complex than this product. Recommended.

I will caveat that with the hardware is not anywhere near sturdy enough for a heavily used hitch, such as a loaded down trailer maxing out the vertical weight rating on the receiver, why is below. My purpose was for a cargo carrier that I was tired of having too much play in on long road trips, constantly worrying that it was shaking itself loose or the tie down straps weren't going to hold up. For this purpose it fit the bill perfectly.While installing I could tell that it would give way and snap the u bolt or strip the threads if one were to torque down the nuts to normal range. By normal I mean you go until it doesn't go any more. I got it tight enough to stop the play and another half turn for good luck, but didn't feel comfortable going more.

Purchased 2 to stop rattle and wobble with a 1 1/4 to 2 inch adapter and draw bar fir mobility carrier and they work great. No rattle, nowobble and a nice heavy coating.
