Really good taste, I mix it with water because I dont like it with almond milk, but it only lasted a week thats the only bad thing is way too small for the price.

Delicious and Low Calorie
Tastes delicious. I love the convenience that you only need to add water because the sweetness and creamer is already included. It does calm the hunger in my stomach for about an hour but not the hunger in my head. For example, typically if I'm hungry and haven't eaten I'll get a headache. So if i drink this my hunger will be calmed but I'll still develop that hunger headache i get. This was a splurge though because it was a bit pricey. In the future when I make more money this will be a regular purchase. A thought I've had though is I feel if I'm hungry and I drink the normal cup of coffee I usually drink my hunger subsides for a while too... so does this really work?... um idk haha But for calories sakes and taste I love it! doesn't need milk or anything, just water!

Don’t waste your money
This product has no favor added 2 scoops to a cup and still taste water down. Will never buy it again
