Our state of the art hydro graphic dipping process is what sets these hard hats apart from all the others. We start with MSA hard hats, the most trusted and accepted brand in all industrial fields. Each hard hat is flame treated and prepped for paint. A flexible adhesion promoter is sprayed on. Every hard hat is then sprayed with a surfacer/ leveler to eliminate any small mold defects. We paint every hard hat with the highest quality PPG paints. After the hard hat is dipped we use high quality automotive grade PPG high gloss clear coat. Each Hard hat is then baked and fully cured before being shipped out to you. We take great pride in offering a superior quality hard hat from beginning to finish...and it shows! * Not real carbon fiber, this is an MSA V-Guard hard hat with a hydrographic design.
