The best I have tested.
This is the second unit that I have purchased as the first one worked so well. I use HomeSeer with Zigbee2MQTT and both units connected in a few seconds. I have used other small wall mounted temperature/Humidity from other manufacturers and have been disappointed in the accuracy and life span. The 3reality units use standard AAA batteries rather than button batteries which is far more convenient. When both units were set side by side and compared against a lab thermometer, they were within +/_ .5 degree. The display is large and the unit is designed to set on a surface rather than hung on a wall. I have tested several different units and this is the only one I recommend.

Works well with most Hubs.
Good accuracy. Communicates well with app and most hubs. Works well with hubitat elevation C.

Worked OK for my use
When the manufacturer of my previous temperature sensor went bankrupt, it quit because it needed an Internet connection. So this time around I wanted either a Matter or Zigbee device so that once I made the purchase, I would be not longer dependent on the manufacturer or an Internet connection. This device met that requirement.Initially, I connected it to my Smartthings hub. I later moved it to my Home Assistant server so I could configure a display of my liking. It also can connect to Alexa, but no automation routine are supported in Alexa.I attempted to connect it to the Third Reality app, but it turns out you need a Third Reality Hub/Bridge for that. It also turns out that you may need a Third Reality Matter-ZigBee Bridge in order to do a firmware update - for example, it you normally have the device connected to a Smartthings Hub.I did contact Third Reality about the need for a hub, and the fact that initially the device did not want to connect to HA. They were helpful and replied promptly. As far as accuracy is concerned, I own no accurate reference device to check that. For my purposes (to monitor that my freezer is staying cold), it works fine.

Solid Zigbee sensor that works with Home Assistant
Great Zigbee temp & humidity sensor. I initially looked at this brand because I have some battery powered water leak sensors and smart plugs by the same brand, and because the company is a Works with Home Assistant partner. If you already have a Zigbee system, these were very easy to set up. I had no problems with range, in fact, I installed one in a garage freezer that is on the opposite side of the garage and it works great, amazingly despite the distance and -15F temp. I hope the batteries do OK in that environment. I like how these use standard AAA batteries. I like Zigbee over WiFi as it is more reliable and far more battery efficient, plus the security aspect of Zigbee being on an isolated network. Some users have complained about inaccurate sensors or their 2-pack differing considerably from each other. They are close enough to each other and my Honeywell wireless thermostat and an Acurite I bought from a retail store many years ago.Update rate is more than sufficient for me, you can see in my included data export from when I placed the sensor in the freezer so it was constantly changing temperature, typically every 35 seconds when things are changing but sometimes oddly only a few seconds apart. My use case is to make sure the garage freezer is not left open (multiple times it closes but not all of the way with a small gap but enough to melt and ruin all food inside), and second one to monitor my first floor temp and humidity in HA as I don't have a smart thermostat which will help me check my dehumidifier (summer) and humidifier (winter) settings. An automation in HA sends an alert to my phone and Google Home devices if the freezer temperature is above 20F. If it saves my food just once it will pay for itself many times over.I am using latest HA 2024.5 and ZHA with a USB Conbee ii from 2021. They arrived with firmware version 0x15. HA prompted to install firmware 0x17 but after several tries, the upgrade has not worked due to timeouts. Maybe it's an HA problem, because my other Thirdreality devices (mains-powered smart plus and battery-powered water leak sensors) have upgraded fine every time. The same issue happens on both the "first floor" which is connected directly to the coordinator, and the "garage" which is meshed through a Zigbee Leviton switch DG15S. That said, I've encountered no other issues or disconnects yet.
