Gravity Falls: Dipper's and Mabel's Guide to Mystery and Nonstop Fun! (Guide to Life)

12yo son has watched Gravity Falls about 50 times, and loves the show. Perfect gift for him, he's been laughing at this book since he got it for Xmas. Nice quality, good for the price paid of around £9.

THIS BOOK IS AWESOME! I gave it to my friend for a birthday present (after reading it myself, of course haha) and its funny content kept me glued to it! It has a mix of games and fact files, and there is an awesome sense of personality from all the Gravity Falls characters. Grunkle Stan's pages were hilarious, I recommend that you buy this if you love the quirky humour of the TV show. Every page is packed with fun (thanks to Mabel's input)!

love this book and love all the codes and secrets in it, makes for a lot of interesting reading and there's lots of little activities too. aimed at young teens but still a fun read for any Gravity Falls fan and lots of inside jokes from the series and fun insights into the characters' lives. delivered on time and in great condition, a sturdy book packed full of fun!

Great book for fans of gravity falls. Son is such a fan he had a tear in his eye when he received it as the show is finished and he only needs 1 more book to complete his collection.

As an 'adult' fan of gravity falls, I was unsure wether to get this as I wasn't sure if it'd be a sort of children's book or something genuinely interesting. It seems to be more the latter, the pages contain a number of games and quizzes with screenshots and references from the show, and less focus behinds-the-scenes in-character stuff (as in, similar to The Adventure Time Encyclopaedia: Inhabitants, Lore, Spells, and Ancient Crypt Warnings of the Land of Ooo Circa 19.56 B.G.E. - 501 A.G.E ). Not that it is in anyway bad, it gave me plenty of smiles and giggles when I was reading it, it is quite accurate to the show and physically well made, just not what I was hoping for. It also seemed to have more of the 'just-made-for-money' vibe and seemed a bit generic, which was odd consider gravity falls is such a unique show. Personally I would've given this a 3/5, but of course, I'm not the target market, and I imagine this would be the perfect present for any youngster who's a fan of gravity falls. Also, the front and back cover has glitter on it and has shiny effects, which looks amazing and one of the more effective in 'fake diary'-style books, although it is a little distracting when reading it and feeling it on the covers.

If you like Gravity Falls you MUST have it. It's not expensive if you compare the quality an originality of it's content against other publications which have the only purpose of making more money. I haven't read the book completely, but when you just read the first page you appreciate that the book it's been made with the same that the series.

Compré este libro como regalo de navidad y ha encantado. Lo divertido del libro es que cuentan cosas de los protagonistas y hacen al lector participe, el único "inconveniente" es que si no sabes inglés pues poco entenderás. Aunque es un inglés simple y sin complicaciones.

The book is very high quality. It has a lot of fun activities in there for kids. Great for any Gravity Falls fan, young or old.
