This was a challenging and awesome model to build, I loved the result and every step on the process. I hated the wheel decals tho lol, you get some spare ones (I appreciate that) but god forgives me from having to use decals like this ones again

Very good kit I’m working on my second. As with many newer kits from Tamiya it has a higher parts count with more detailed painting on motor and other parts. Molded in black white gray and clear. A small super magnet hidden by a fin holds the top of the side cowls. Body paint is not difficult nor are the decals.

This model is a kit comes totally unassembled and unpainted. It is not recommended for someone who is new to the hobby. If you want a showroom quality and close to the real bike, be prepared to spend at least 20 hours. The good - as always Tamiya makes really good quality model. Everything fits perfectly. - it is very detailed and has many parts. - this is a licensed product by Ducati so you have top notch model. - the plastic is not brittle and it sands really well The bad - too many parts and too many different colors to paint. - the decals while printed well they are difficult to apply even when use setting solutions - some instructions are confusing so spend more time studying them. - most of the black parts are covered in carbon fiber. But Tamiya doesn't provide it so you need to buy after market carbon fiber decals. This is a highly detailed kit and if you are patience and have a lot of skills I highly recommend it. Otherwise stay away.

バイク模型完全塗装をはじめて行いました。 とにかく塗り分けのカラー指定がえげつないくらい多い。 塗料を揃えるのも大変。 組立自体は初心者でもわかりやすく作りやすい。 ただ、塗装してデカール貼ってをやると難易度が上がる。 大きいデカールを貼るのが大変。 塗装後の接着で塗装を汚さないようにつけるのが大変。 でもその苦労の末にできたときは感動もの。 とにかくかっこいいですね。
