Shiny PET-300 Self-inking Date Stamp (3.8mm Character Height) , Green

Use this date stamp and work really good. Only negative would be that it doesn't have a this way up arrow so have to lightly press stamp and work out if it's the correct way up.Other than the prior negative, rate this as a really good date stamp that is easy to adjust and the ink is dark when pressing on to paper.Plus saves time on writing and means can spend longer on other more important tasks.Excellent for admin tasks and the bright green would mean it's easy to find on a cluttered desk or storage drawer.

I'm a teacher and this is such a time saver! Would definitely recommend, very easy to use.

Positives:Does exactly what you expect it to.Functions very well and it's prints the date very clearly.Small design, doesn't take up loads of space in my draw.Didn't realise it was an eco-friendly material as well.Downsides:Due to the mechanism of the stamp, it's sometimes quite difficult to see exactly where the stamp will land on the paper.Changing the numbers is a little fidley. First time I got a load of ink all over my hands.Other comments:Only comes with one ink pad. Not sure how long it will last, but my guess is quite a long time.

I've had this for about 2 years now and I use it 5 days a week for my job multiple times throughout the day and its been great! Hasn't dried out and its rotates nice and easy for when you need to change the date. It printed nice and clearly too.

I've had one of these for roughly two and a half years now and have been using it most days and it's still not out of ink! Easy to use, great product. My only complaint is that the box it came in wore out significantly, with quite gentle use, but I suppose I have had it a while and I do take it in and out of the box a lot; for most this probably isn't a complaint worth making as their date stamp probably sits on a desk and doesn't travel with them.

PRO:I teach so I am often faced with those situations where some students don't put the date on their work. This was a very affordable solution to my problem. It's compact and easy to use design means that it fits into my work bag extremely easily. The mechanism to replace the ink is also extremely easy.CON'sI think my only con with the item is that there is no cover to prevent accidentally inking something in your bag, however for the price of the item you can't have everything.Overall: I would recommend this to anyone looking for a quality stamp that will be good for a couple of years before being out of date.

This item came super quick, very impressed! It took me a while to work out how to put the ink in as there were no instructions. I then tested it out and it was very messy and got ink everywhere. I am now struggling to get the ink off my fingers. Suppose the quality isn’t that good as the price was so cheap.

This is the most awful piece of rubbish I have ever encountered. If you want to partake in a totally frustrating, pointless, messy, time and energy wasting exercise, then this is the one for you!Still trying to scrub the ink off both hands - palms, fingers and all, after trying to get the thing to work. Horrible little flimsy device (though it doesn’t warrant such a dignified label) that feels like it could break in seconds and doesn’t even do what it is supposed to do which is simply print a date! Goodness knows, in this day and age, you would have thought that should be easy enough to achieve.This is going straight back to Amazon.
