I have been using the system for 3 months. Satisfied overall.Positives:Works as advertised (I had doubts before the purchase).Extremely responsive and friendly customer support.Truly WI-FI, IOT alarm system. Push notifications on smartphone, no need for slow GSM dialers (but supported).Very easy to setup after watching youtube demos.The included (cheap) batteries still going after 3 months.Negatives:Documentation included is very poor and confusing (probably electronic Chinese translation), but compensated by youtube.The interface is very simple, but also confusing due to poor translation.The main panel is unable to rename the zones/sesnors due to lack of on-screen keyboard. This lets you guessing where was the alarm triggered. It is possible to rename the zones on the smartphone, but does not translate to the tablet.Cheap charger makes a quite loud buzzing noise. The main panel needs to be plugged permanently, the non-removable battery is for backup only. However, it can be replaced by any other old phone charger.

It was difficult to figure out all the functions. It took quite a few emails back and fourth. But it’s perfect for what I need now so cannot complain.
