Best I've used so far
Amazing product and so convenient bonuses. Previouslynpurchased products I need to scrub before and after use but this was so easy to use on my decking, flag stones and fence. Lifts algae, no leaks and great value for money. Will be buying again.

Thumbs up from me !
Excellent. Within hours of spraying my decking and paving slabs , the results were noticeable. The following day - no more green. It was recommended by a friend of my partner, and I was hit and miss wether it would work. No damage to my paint work either. It is a bit expensive , but I work it out at 5 litres will do me 5 years.. therefore £3 ish per year - that's a bargin. Just Spray and forget. Buy it ... You wont be disappointed. However, it wont dissolve or remove dirt, so you will still need to pressure wash, or brush/scrub general dust/dirt away. Big thumbs up ! !

It works well if used 1 or 2 time a year. Easy to use.
It's the best. Normally have to buy a few to get best price but hay ho it keeps.

Make your mind up using my pictures
Not sure what to make so I have attached pics. First of all it says not to put on wet wood etc so I waited for the fence to completely dry as we sprayed the fence a few days prior to treatment to get rid of cobwebs etc. I wouldn’t say it’s amazing but it did work and I went over this 3 times waiting for each time to dry. I used a smallHandheld jet wash that is quite powerful, I’ve read someone painted it on with a paintbrush and they left some photos so I think that in my opinion would be better but as you can see it has removed a lot of algae so I would say it’s effective maybe it would work even better with a stronger jetwash.

Spray and walk away
Brilliant I sprayed my fence and deck last Sunday it was a lovely sunny day. Since then we've had rain, hail and frost. As you can see from the photos the deck is still a bit green but it hasn't really dried out. And the instructions do say to avoid spraying if rain is expected and to use it on a dry surface. My fence is looking really great. I took the second set of photos a week later at about the same time of day and on the Sunday. We had yet again another rain shower earlier so I still haven't been able to spray a second time.I was unsure about how much I would need to use so I measured out a smaller amount of 500ml mixed with 2 l of water so I had 2.5 l instead of the 1l with 4l of water. But used that up on the decking and part of the fence. And ended up mixing up the same again.

Zero Effect on Algae and Moss! Cheap vinegar works better. :-)
I've applied this to both algae and moss, and it works for neither.I live in a basement flat, and there is a 'well' outside my back wall, an lowered area that gets damp. The ground and walls there, as well as the stairs up into the garden were covered in green algae. I applied this product according to instructions. I waited. And waited, and waited. Nothing happened. After two weeks I concluded that nothing was going to happen. (I sprayed some cheap vinegar with a bit of salt and washing-up liquid instead - and that worked.)I also used this for my wooden raised beds which were covered in green moss. They still are covered in green moss. :-(At first, nothing happened. Then after a few weeks, some patches of moss became brown instead of green, but didn't vanish. It just looked more horrid than before, sickly brown instead of rich green. I pulled the brown (presumably dead) moss off. I could just as well have pulled the moss off while it was green, and saved myself the money.A few months after I pulled the dead brown moss off it was replaced by new green moss, so everything looked exactly as it was before I started. When I applied my home-made mixture of cheap vinegar with washing-up liquid and salt, the moss died fast. So the vinegar option is a much better choice (more effective, cheaper and almost certainly better for the environment) than this chemical.I'm re-reading the product description claims.- "Kills moss" - Apparently only some kinds of moss, because only some mossy patches were affected.- "Removes algae" - Not the algae I have.- "See results in a few days" - In a few weeks, not days, if at all.- "Lasts for months" - Not many months- "helps to control re-growth" - I didn't see much 'help' nor much 'control'(To make a vinegar moss- and algae killer, get a bottle of cheap vinegar. Amazon sells the 'Golden Swan' brand in 5 liter canisters which is what I use. Fill a spray bottle with vinegar. Add a tea spoon full of salt. Add a squirt of washing-up liquid. Close bottle, shake. Spray directly on the moss or algae you want to kill.)
