Just a cream.
It says it has particular properties related to the neck and chest. However the quality would suggest that it is no different to any other cream you can buy more cheaply. It is not unpleasant or smell too strong and it is a pump pot, all the same I am get to be impressed.

Loved this product when Avon sold it so I have bought a couple to do me a wee bit longer. Shame Avon had discontinued it.
