Be careful of region
Again as someone else says you need to be aware of the region the device and phone are in. If they aren't the same the app will not pair so you cannot buy this from China and have it work on a UK phone or will not pair.

Doesn't connect to app
Won't connect to app possibly a region limitation but essentially just get a fairly limited measure that doesn't do anything clever, which we're the reasons for the purchase (such as room mapping). Feel this is missold as these limitations are not publicised.

It is small in size and good quality, accurate, light weight, can draw all the dimensions with measurements in mobile app , easy to use and bottom line it’s a value for money purchase.
