hello why was their no instructions included you need to fit inside fittings to cistern body smear a little silicone sealer around joints and tighten up gently do not overtighten fit outlet to which side you want to connect water supply and handle mark holes in wall to fit cistern height depends on pipe for toilet pan position use flexible water pipe with turn off valve for water fit screws to cistern use stainless type hope this helps you

It is the inlet filling valve that determines fill level not the flushing device any handy person should’be able to adjust it so it fills to a higher level

Q: Does this have a left hand flush ,is it universal.

Hi I am 90% sure you can have a left hand flush, I installed mine with the right hand flush. As you look at the front of the cistern you will see two round slots, left and right for the flush arrangement, you may have a stopper in one of the holes which can be used for the other hole. The only problem with your left hand flush is the main water feed if your last cistern or the one you have at the moment is a left hand mains water feed you should have no problem. If on the other hand the water feed is on the right only, then you will have to alter the feed to the left hand side. Hope that helps. SG
