Used with Timer Switch and LED Bulbs
Required inline electronics to be able to use another Timeguard timer switch with LED bulbs. Fitted very easily by my builder in the space between ceiling and joists (but could have been fitted in the wall). Does the job very well.Bit annoying that it is needed on every circuit if I want to use energy-saving LED lights with a timer switch, but there we go.

Appears good, reliable to date, a little difficult to adjust settings.
Used to control lights on veranda, straight forward to install, I installed existing light, knowledge of electrical regulations, and wiring essential. Easy to install. Works reliably to date. Only downside is need to remove cover(4 screws), to adjust settings. Otherwise appears great product.

Solved the flickering problem with led lamps
Simple to install, fits neatly under the floorboards. I am using a 4W led lamp in combination with the ZV700B. Would have been cheaper to put in an old style lamp, but I wanted very low level lighting on the timer. Needed a sol-u-tion...

Didn’t work
Had to return it as it hasn’t solved the problem of my Timeguard programmable light switch not working my LED porch light, despite Timeguard helpline advising me I needed this extra piece of kit. Our electrician phoned the helpline (not overly helpful) who said to return it as it might be faulty. I have done this but don’t hold out much hope that a replacement will solve the issue.This could be an expensive business!

Stopped the LED lights pulsing
Great piece of kit to put inline with an electronic timer switch and LED outdoor bulbs. Easy to fit

Does NOT work.
This is suppose to eliminate glow of a LED bulb, It does NOT do that, So tried a CFL bulb, This time it is supposed to eliminate Flicker, NO it doesn't. So the Time guard ZV700B I bought as a security light can only be used with a filament bulb. Both bulb tried were Phillips make, so not cheap bulbs. Very disappointed that after spending £35 on the ZV700B and £22.50 on this ZV900 to find out that I still cannot use a LED bulb in my Porch light. Maybe it is a faulty unit, I don't know but I don't want to rewire another unit in to the lighting circuit and try again, Return for refund.

Works reasonably OK
More or less solves the problem of LED lights with timer switches. The light usually glows or flashes for a very short period after switch off.
