Works great.
Works great on my Canon R50. The battery life on that camera is otherwise pretty bad. This does not seem to contribute to any overheating issues from what I can tell so far.

Nice
The part that slides into the camera fit, but it didn't power the my canon rebel sl2. Update: The battery door on the camera must be closed to turn on the camera. It does work. Make sure you follow all necessary steps.

Dummy battery stopped working
The battery worked for a month of inconsistent use, then one day I tried to power on the camera and nothing. I tested with a real battery to see if my camera was broken, but that was not the case. All in all, this dummy battery barely had any use time before it just stopped working. I also attempted all the fixes posted by the seller or diagnostics; none of those fixed it. I am going to find a higher-quality dummy battery off of Amazon; this was probably cheap garbage.

Unlimited Powahhhhhhhh for my 77D :)
Like many people who have transitioned to a work from home status. Now add constant video chat calls into the mix. And wanting to be different and provide the BEST possible video quality possible on a Hangout/Zoom/Skype session.. Enter me mounting my Canon EOS77D on the wall for the best possible selfie angle. Problem is... you run through batteries like no tomorrow... Enter this AC/DC powersupply. Need I say more? For those who dont want to be the person in the brady bunch grid with the crappiest video output - this is a must have! Add a green screen and video chat as good if not better than professional live streamers! :) So far i've been using this for about 7 weeks - no issues and camera says on pretty much for 3-4 hours daily use. Need unlimited power for your canon DSLR ? Pick this up and capture away!

Great power source for a Canon t7i/800D
Bought this to power a Canon T7i/800D when streaming or recording video. Sometimes you just need something with more longevity than the battery can give you. This definitely does the trick. Pros: - Fits perfectly in the battery compartment. - Cord is plenty long enough for what I need it to do. - The camera runs without any issues at all. Cons: - I didn't get it sooner. If you need a good AC power source for your DSLR, this one just might fit the bill. It's worth a look.
