Sealing movement joints in FLOOR and WALL tiling installations. For surfaces including acrylic, ceramic, fiberglass, glass, glazed and painted in dry or wet interior and exterior environments. Composition: An acetoxy curing silicone sealant.Type/Classification: Exceeds ISO 11600 and BS 5889 Type B requirements.Pack size: 310ml cartridgeKey features: Excellent adhesion. Cures in 24 hours (per 4mm thickness).When fully cured:Wide service temperature range (-50°C to +200°C). Unaffected by weather, UV radiation or water immersion.Microban antimicrobial protection: Helps inhibit growth of bacteria (e.g. Listeria, Salmonella, E-Coli) and black mould.Provides added hygiene protection for bathrooms, showers and food consumption areas. SURFACE PREPARATIONBefore sealing, ensure that all surfaces are clean, dry, free from dust, grease and any contaminants that may affect adhesion.APPLICATIONSealing procedureRecommended minimum joint depth: 6mm. For most applications, use in 6x6mm cross section.1. Cut off tip of cartridge, leaving thread intact.2. Screw on nozzle.3. Cut nozzle to required width and angle.4. Place cartridge in caulking and apply steady bead ofsilicone to required area.5. Within 10 minutes of application, smooth silicone with wetspatula or similar.6. Allow to cure (approx. 24 hours per 3mm thickness).
