Excellent product.
I love Guru Nanda's coconut oil mouthwash. It leaves my mouth feeling super clean and fresh, without the burning sensation of other rinses. What impresses me most is that when I use it at night, I wake up feeling fresh, without the usual morning bad breath. My order arrived early and completely sealed. I highly recommend it.

I'm On The Struggle Bus With This Oil Pulling Routine
I'm trying to like it but I'm struggling. The only way I can equate this is if you have a big glass of Coke/Dr Pepper/Sprite, etc and you were all ready for that carbonation and you took a big drink and it ended up being the flattest Coke you've ever had. That's the only way to describe this. I have the Coconut/Mint flavor and when you're filling up the provided medicine cup you smell the minty flavor and you go to put it in your mouth expecting it to taste like your spearmint flavored mouthwash and it's not like that at all. It's a weird taste. It says to work your way up to 10 minutes. I can't even do 2 minutes. It's a lot thicker and more viscous than mouthwash so it's harder to swish around in your mouth. You wouldn't think so but after a while your cheeks get tired. Or mine do. You're not supposed to spit it down the drain or in the commode since it is oil. It's recommended to spit it in the trash can. And you do this before brushing your teeth. I struggle to make myself do it at night. The coconut in it does make my teeth feel slick afterwards which I like and the provided toothbrush is amazing. I ended up buying a big package of the toothbrushes for my family. I think if I can ever get through this 8 oz bottle and if I continue I think I'll try the cinnamon flavor next time so it doesn't ruin my taste for my mint flavored mouthwash.

A game-changer for oral health
I was a little skeptical about oil pulling at first, but Guru Nanda’s Oil Pulling Oral Rinse completely won me over. After using it daily for a few weeks, my mouth feels noticeably cleaner, my breath fresher, and my gums healthier. It has a pleasant, mild minty flavor that makes the experience much more enjoyable than using plain coconut oil.I love that it’s made with a blend of natural oils like coconut, sesame, and sunflower, and that it doesn’t contain any artificial ingredients. It’s easy to swish for 2–5 minutes while getting ready in the morning, and I genuinely notice a difference in how fresh my mouth feels all day.If you’re looking to upgrade your oral care routine with a natural option that actually works, this is definitely worth a try. I’ll be keeping it in my routine long-term.

Nice starter kit
What I LIKE:*A complete starter kit to get you in the habit even including a toothbrush cover:)Why I bought this: I used to do oil pulling when I had more time during the pandemic and loved the results. I’ve since gotten busy and stopped, but lately I’ve noticed plaque and I’m scared a cavity:( I used to use regular virgin coconut oil and add essential oils to it, but this seemed like such a nice all in one kit to get me back into the habit. I also misplaced my tongue scraper, and this comes with one.The way I plan to use it as recommended by any Ayurvedic blog or Pinterest account:1.oil pulling in the mornings on unbrushed teeth2. Follow with tongue scraping3 brush my teeth with a homemade toothpaste powder.🦷🪥I guess any toothpaste would work but I use this approximate recipe because it’s super easy to make, CHEAP! way cheaper than natural pastes that almost always contain fillers and stevia etc., allows me to play with flavor and ingredients based on my needs that week or however big a batch I make.)*equal parts Redmond’s Bentonite Clay*and Himalayan or Redmond’s Real Salt*a generous pinch of clove*and cinnamon powders(if u don’t have powder, use those essential oils)*and then several drops of whatever eo. I definitely like to add a few drops of FENNEL eo because it adds natural sweetness and freshens breath without adding sugar or stevia. Peppermint, citrus, and oregano are other good options to include. Theives already contains the clove and cinnamon.)📸 I will edit this review with pictures once I have used the product for a while. But in the past, I have noticed visible whitening plaque removal and cavity healing using these methods and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the practice of oil pulling and getting away from mainstream/fluoride toothpaste! What I DON’T like about Guru Nanda pulling oil:*It contains Stevia which is heavily processed and unnecessary to me. For this reason I am not sure if I’ll continue purchasing or not? Like I said the nice thing about this kit is it’s a complete starter kit to get you into the good habit. Once I’m into it I may start diy pulling recipes.* The bottle does not contain a safety seal so some of the product had spilled out in shipping👎🏻 Plus that seems unhygienic:(
