I bought a red one of these cow bells to ring whilst spectating and supporting runners at the October 2023 Bournemouth 10k and Half Marathon event. I was impressed by the quality and construction of the cow bell, the decent hand grip, and the volume of the ring it produces. It has a metal hammer inside the cow bell which is suspended on a strong metal link/chain arrangement which I think is unlikely to ever snap or come loose due to ringing. The cow bell is loud when rung hard, but also produces a lovely softer clang when swung loosely with the wrist. It worked a treat and I was clanging the cow bell for 2 or 3 hours solid during the course of the running races. It certainly had the desired effect and made the runners smile, and also attracted some positive comments from members of the public at the event, as well as race marshals, and folks in my running club. I am so pleased I bought the bell and that it arrived in time for the race. 😀👌

When the Tour of Britain was coming through our village with a slog of a climb uphill I just had to get some cow bells in an attempt to recreate an alpine atmosphere!These arrived on time and well packaged.They are nice and loud and have the typical cowbell tone. My son and I spent a good while cheering on amateurs up the hill with much appreciation from them. When the race leaders and peleton came through we were ringing furiously making a complete racket! Much fun was had :-) They still worked fine after all we put them through.Not sure what use we'll get out of them in future until another race comes by but they are packed away ready to use again when the time comes.Happy with the purchase and would recommend them to anyone else looking for cow bells.

Whoever dispatched the product was having a laugh as it literally arrived just in a plastic bag. Unsurprisingly the sounder had broken.Contacted the company who immediately sent a replacement in good time, properly packaged.Comfortable to hold, good sound but maybe purchase direct rather than through Amazon

Fantastic, nice and load for everyone to gead

Ordered these for the London Marathon and they were ideal for making noise in the crowd to encourage the runners. It took only gentle movement to make noise, so it was not like ringing a traditional hand bell, so very easy to use. Of course when you see someone you are looking out for, you can ring it hard and get their attention - perfect. They seem very robust too. Thoroughly recommended.
