The combo of this fish oil at the daily recommended doses and the res-q ldl-x red yeast rice also at daily recommended doses reduced my cholestrol from 246 to 188 in three months and it stayed this low since (1 year later). Fantastic....
My sister got me n my hubs onto this pill, we completely stopped taking a pill to help us with our knees n joints and take 2 a day of this oil pill. Notice more improvement with our knees than with the joint pill. Morning and nite of this oil pill made a big difference in our daily life.
