Simple unfussy design, just what my son wanted
Great unfussy design, loads of room, perfect for school. Comfortable even when loaded up. We bought a couple of other rucksacks and sent them back as they were too fussy, this is a great design, looks great and does what it needs to.

Brilliant
I'm absolutely loving this bag. The area for the waterbottle is nice and deep, so it doesn't fall out. The inside pockets are great. I haven't tried the USB thing yet, so I can't comment on that, but the laptop part looks up to the job. My favourite thing though is the zip pocket in the area of the back pack that faces your back, as it's discrete and super useful for train tickets and important things.

Nice and sturdy!
I am so happy to have bought this bag. I needed a backpack to carry my laptop on the way to work, and also to fit my lunch box. This bag covers all my needs. I carry my cards and keys in the front pocket, very easy to reach. Also, the strap at the back to fit on a luggage is really helpful. I love it.

Poor quality, no support
The best word I can use to describe this bag is 'floppy'. Any sort of weight in any compartment and the whole thing just flops over, it will not sit upright. There is literally no support in the bag at all, it feels awful to carry, and I'm not carrying a large heavy laptop, but a small ultrabook. Just not worth the money, I really regret this purchase.
