Is the B12 in the form of Methylcobalamin or Cyanocobalamin? Thank you.

The nutrition list was updated to stop hiding the lies of the company. It's worthless, synthetic Cyanocobalamin, which our bodies cannot use & it deposits Cyanide in our tissue over time the more we use supplements that contain it. :( Their claims of real food forms are deceptive.

what is the name of the eye vitamin?

I'm assuming that you mean folic acid (folate). Vitamin B complex is not usually considered an "eye vitamin". According to WebMD, if you want vitamins for eyes, you should be taking: Vitamin C, 250 mg Vitamin E, 200 mg Beta-carotene, 5,000 IU Zinc, 25 mg Zeaxanthin, 500 mcg Selenium, 100 mcg Lutein, 10 mg Calcium, 500 mg Thiamin, 2 mg Folic acid, 800 mcg Omega-3 essential fatty acids (including flaxseed oil), 2,000-3,000 mg N-acetyl cysteine, 100 mg Alpha lipoic acid, 100 mgSome of the above ingredients can be found in the MegaFood One Daily: http://www.amazon.com/MegaFood-Supports-Optimum-Well-being-Packaging/dp/B00GZ9JTRA/ref=sr_1_9_s_it?s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1458857931&sr=1-9&keywords=megafood

What is the form of B-12? is it methylcobalamin? Thanks

I don't know the form of B-12 in the vitamins, but the manufacture indicates that the vitamins are from fresh local foods. I do know that cyancobalamin is made by chemical process and has put me in the ER. So far this brand of vitamins has not.

Why isnt this brand usda?

Dietary Supplements | | NAL | USDA The USDA does not “certify” or approve supplements or medical foods. I have been taking this very vitamin supplement for five years. I’m 74 and this gives me the well-being that I need to walk 15 to 20 miles a week as well as a smiley face!
