If the PAIR or POWER LED on the transmitter is slowly blinking on and off, then the headset has lost pairing with the transmitter. To pair the headset to the transmitter: Make sure the internal battery has been fully charged. It takes 6 hours of charging at minimum for the battery to be fully charged. . Now, try the following set of updated pairing instructions and let me know at which point in the instructions the LEDs do not act as described.. 1: Turn off the headset, then unplug and plug back in your transmitter's USB Cable. The LED on Headset should be off, LED on Transmitter should be slowly blinking.. 2: Hold down the pair button on the transmitter for 5-6 seconds and the LED will start to blink rapidly. Do not hold it down longer than 10+ seconds; you will put it in the incorrect pairing mode.. 3: Hold down the power button on the headset until you hear the second set of double beeps. This will take 6-7 seconds. The LED should now be blinking rapidly, NOT double blinking (2 quick blinks then a pause).
