An important book for everyone everybody to read
I'm not all the way through the book because there is so much to understand and absorb, and to actually physically do!! I love Katy's humorous approach to things. I very much enjoy her writing style and I love how passionate she is about her topic. The book inspires me to think outside the box about movement, making tasks more physically demanding rather than going for less effort. Hurray for Katy!! Great,awesome, intense, informative and thought provoking book!!

A different type of “exercise” book.
I have reread this book twice. It contains lots of suggestions for repositioning one’s body, during exercising and every day life.
