Easy to install, pretty easy to set up. I do like this door lock a lot! I highly recommend this product. It works great. The decision tree to program the locks is a little complicated, but not overly and once you get the hang of it, programing is pretty easy. I especially like the automatic lock option. It took a little bit to get it working right, but for our casita, it is great! Automatically locks after 2 minutes so that we don't have to worry about trying to remember to lock the door.

This replaced another smart lock that went bad. I like this one better because it has real buttons, not a pad, much easier to see and more responsive. I like the press any button to lock feature.

The seller reached out to me to offer assistance or a refund, they said they will take my feedback to improve the app, so I changed my review stars. The app doesn’t work well. I set it up and tried to add a user, and then when the user set theirs up, it kicked me out of it. It appears that there’s only one user that can be in there. I also cannot unlock the door from the app, which is stupid.The set up of the device seemed easy, but makes a terrible noise when unlocking or locking. I’ve tried talking with the support people who had us loosen the screws, that helped a tiny bit, but it still happening. Programming codes has been a nightmare, I can do the same thing three times and it will only work one out of the three times. Maybe mine is just effective, but it’s outside the return window, and the Teeho support has not been that impressive.

Pros: product looks great and has given me no issues with the actual lock itself. Easy install.Cons: the app is a hot mess.. it’s clunky, I cannot unlock my door from it as promised, the app worst of all logs you out of it every 2 weeks and I have to log back in. This creates a security issue as I never know when I lose visibility of my front door.Overall: it’s meh.. avoid..

Setup was a bit of a hassle getting the choosen code entered registering finger prints and getting it on Wi-Fi was a hassle but install was smooth and easy. Once you get past the setup nightmare it a great product and works well. I love not having to use keys or the keypad just my finger. Great design Solid ProductI RECOMMEND THIS ITEM

I'm happy with it. Only reservation is how well it will hold up in the sun.Pros:- Very quiet operation.- Batteries last a year (according to mfr).- Stores 50 fingerprints. Enrolling a print takes 8 scans, so it's pretty reliable.- Lock works great without the app.- The app has the user manual inside it, so you don't have to keep the paper laying around in a drawer.Cons:- The app didn't work. Customer support quickly responded with instructions to reset the lock, which was after I did the codes and fingerprints for the whole house.- Removing a fingerprint requires the fingerprint to be scanned, so in an unpleasant situation, you have to get the person who is no longer invited into the house to willingly scan their finger. Or reset the lock and wipe out everything you've set up.

I like this door lock, just wish that you could lock/unlock the door from the app. Love the finger print recognition because I don’t need to carry keys with me any more. Great value for the price. Installation and setup was easy.

I have one of these for almost an year. Works great with fingerprint, very satisfied.
