This is amazing!! It helps me fall asleep without waking up in the middle of the night. I’ve been recently struggling with some insomnia and tried other products (GABA) and non worked like this one. 100% recommend it to try.

Im writing this specifically in terms for my recovery/sobriety peeps. I have almost 4 years completely sober, and EXTREMELY serious about my sobriety. I did a good month of research before I found these. I was a little hesitant with my past addiction history, but tried them. I take it when my brain is "too loud," if im having a lil panic attack, and sometimes to calm my brain and body down at night if I'm full of energy and need to wake up early for work.I personally love them, they're great. You do NOT feel high, it does NOT give any type of "buzz." It literally just creates a calming effect on my brain and body. It brings me back to "normal." (Not too down or anything). I DO reccomend this to people in sobriety - but do your own research, ask your sober peeps, and meditate on it. Don't take my word - find your own answer. I just wanted to write this because I know I would've benefitted from a review like this one when I was searching.

I just ordered this product, and within just a night I had improvements! I work full-time and I’m a full-time mom, and I haven’t slept a whole night in a few years. I haven’t been through so much in the past few years, that it has felt like the world is sitting on my shoulders. I took two of these pills last night, and woke up 7 hours later, and I feel great! I’m usually stressed and wake up every 45 min to an hour, and it’s drained me but not his morning! I feel actually great! I haven’t felt this way in years, mentally or emotionally or physically, but today feels different! I had to jump on here and write a review, because I’ve never had something that worked so quickly! I don’t take anxiety pills, sleeping pills, or anything because I want to be clear in my mind, and this product produced clarity, ease, and I was finally relaxed! The size are not big, not small. They were easy to swallow. Didn’t have a taste to be honest, but dang they were effective! I haven’t felt this way in so long and I’m in awe!

My husband really likes this. He says he's feeling better and sleeping better, but take this earlier in the evening, rather than later at night because it could make him sleep in too much.

Great product. Helps me sleep and rest better. Feel more rested in the morning after taking these supplements. Works for my mom too. Have no issues with swallowing or smells I like that it is a capsule.

I struggle with sleep terribly. My mind races and I stay away for what feels like all night long. Since I've started taking these a few weeks ago I have been sleeping through the night and wake up feeling rested. Even if I wake up in the middle of the night which used to be a constant struggle I fall back asleep right away. In addition, I suggested these to my neighbor who struggles with insomnia. I've known her for 3 years and she's been looking for something to help her sleep and has had no success. She purchased these and she has slept every night. I highly reccomend these.
