Info on the Hardware You Get
Altogether, I'm quite happy with this PC for the price I paid. It will run the more demanding games of this generation right out of the box (the 3060 Ti is mostly designed to excel at 1080p resolutions). However, there are reasons it's a little on the cheap side:The Motherboard (an LGA 1200 that supports intel cpus) is pretty basic and very small, and it's the biggest limiting factor for overall power. It doesn't have any M.2 slots. Instead, it has 4 SATA connectors, so you're stuck with slower SSDs (or, god forbid, an HDD in this day and age). It also only has 2 RAM slots and comes with one 16 GB stick rather than two 8 GB sticks. The Wi-Fi adapter is included as a USB dongle rather than being built into the motherboard, and I had to get a separate ($15) bluetooth adapter. That said, these issues really aren't as bad as they seem at first. The extra load times for the SATA SSD aren't really that noticeable. I've already upgraded it to 32GB of RAM, and it's not like I'm going to need more than that any time soon. Finally, it's got tons of USB ports and you can just buy USB Bluetooth and Wi-Fi adapters for a small amount of money (note: It DOES have an ethernet port). If you just want to play some games and browse the web, this is a very solid choice for the price.

Gaming pc for sure
Honestly a great pc. 99% of games I am able to run on max settings. Only issue is that sometimes it's a little slow to start, to which restarting the pc will resolve that issue. As for the headphones, keyboard and mouse. I never removed them from the package due to already having better items for all of those.

One fan doesn't work and neither does the microphone on the headphone
The media could not be loaded. One of the fans doesn't work, already checked to see if there is a loose connection but can't see any without taking the computer apart and I will not do that. Good looking computer, but very cheap headphone that doesn't work, I can only listen on it, the voice doesn't register. The Bluetooth mic is useless, indicates is connected (most of the time) but it doesn't work, my old headset works on the computer just fine but it is falling apart and the headphone included was one of the reasons I purchased this computer. Called Amazon tech support they are very nice but since the computer is a third-party seller they can't help to troubleshoot the issue or send a working headphone.I've only had the computer for 4 days, will see if it has any other issues later on.

Honestly not worth it.
I’ve had this computer since November and I’ve already had to replace the motherboard and the SSD because they went bad. The motherboard is a laptop motherboard instead of a full blown pc one. Half the screws are stripped and I couldn’t get them out to replace things. They used a king fast ssd which is a company known for buying faulty parts and reselling them. Honestly would be much better just building your own pc instead of getting a prebuilt because I’ve already had to replace about $400 worth of stuff wrong with this pc. They also didn’t hook up all the fans so I had to redo all the wiring. Sorry but for 1,200 dollars I expected better quality.

Zero tech support. Buy a name brand instead...
Windows crashed, I reinstalled it and now several major components of the motherboard don't have drivers. Google the company and try to find a website or email or phone number. You can't. How do you download drivers or bios updates for a company you can't find. When it was working, it was a decent computer. I would NOT buy this brand again and do not recommend anyone else to do so.

Bluetooth 5.0
The Bluetooth stopped working and it won’t show up anywhere on the computer it’s saying there is not Bluetooth capable. Can’t find support anywhere on the inter for STG
