I have the smaller iphone SE and this was not kept supported in the cradle. It would have jiggled out of the holder so had to return it. Please be aware it isn't universal. That said, for the bigger phones I would say that it's well made and useful having the goose neck to adjust to your preferred position.

The suction losses its strength here and there. Not as sturdy as it should be.

Very easy to install. The phone clamps don’t look that secure especially when you turn the phone landscape but so far it has held the phone very firmly so it clearly works better than you might think.

If you have a very contoured dashboard it's hard to get the support clip in a place where it will effectively stop the arm bouncing about. But far better than any I've tried

The sticky back clip that holds the arm to the dash doesn't last long. It means it wobbles the phone up and down and I'm always worried my phone will dive out the window like Tom Daley on a diving board

I like the look of the holder and it sticks to my windscreen really well. But, my phone has slipped out a few times, twice whilst I was on the motorway. I'm a bit hesitant using the holder on the motorway, which defeats the purpose of buying it.
