Past four months onwards I used the grinder . Grind quality and functions everything is fine. It's very speed. Without any doubts go ahead for this product.

Worst ever Grinder we used. Within two weeks of usage the center bush broken. Extremely poor quality and no access to service center to claim warranty also. Strongly don't recommend this product. Just wanted others to know this feedback before you make buying decision.

Excellent support even after Amazon return policy of 7 days got over. We called customer care and they replaced with a new one after we failed to notice a broken part.

This wet grinder is compact and easily sits at the corner of your counter top. However, consider the height of the grinder. Because the drum sits on top of the motor (to allow tilting functionality), the height obviously measures twice taller than a usual counter top that has motor and drum sitting side by side. If you looking for a measurement, this grinder measures 43cm from the bottom metal support to the top of the drum with the lid closed. The best thing about this grinder is easily its tilting functionality, which is much easier when you want to take the batter out or when you want to clean it with water once the grinding is done. You don't have to mess around taking the drum out. The wet grinding is good just like any other grinder. The drum also comes with a lid. I wish the lid had an elevated handle, it is not easy to open and close the lid with too short handle. Apart from that, I had one issue just after opening the newly arrived package. While tilting the drum, it gave out a hard breaking sound from the inside. This happened each time while tilting, it was really a loud sound. I called up Sowbaghya support, they said the support technician will arrive in 2-4 days. I could not wait that longer, so, I took the grinder to the Sowbaghya support center myself, which is around 30 kms away from my home. The support first said they won't be able to look at it because it was bought from Amazon. So, I have to go through Amazon for anything. But I showed them forcefully how the grinder was giving that sound just with a simple motion of tilting. Sowbaghya rep then took a look and put the blame on the Amazon courier delivery that the rough transport could have broken the machine like that. I did not buy that excuse, because this was a 110V grinder, and they pride themselves in selling lot of USA specific model, and I don't know how this machine is going to handle a flight handling from India to US!! Anyway, they fixed the noise with a technician, they just said something was not right and had to be fixed, and nothing to be worried any longer. What I was expecting was a new replacement, because I was not expecting such fault from a new grinder. I know it is not going to happen, so took it back after the fix Now, after using it at home, I am finding another issue. The machine gives out a light screeching sound from the drum while grinding. I am keeping the stone tightened at different screw settings. But it still has that sound though it is not too much. I don't have much choice now. I have to live with it. If you are buying this 110V USA specific model, make sure you test it before putting it on the flight. Once shipped, you will have hardly any option to fix it in the US.
