Looks Great... Lids are thinner/lighter than my expectations. not that heavy but not light either... it has OK wight. Base is think which helps with even distribution of heat. handles are welded and no riveted which is great.

Sublime heat distribution, I cooked a huge chilli over a low heat for 1.5 hours and stirred it every 20 mins or so, there was absolutely no sticking. The Pans are stunning, solid, and cook beautifully. This is top-tier cookware at a very fair price, and I would definitely buy the set again. The fact these pans have metal lids that can be used to rest utensils on is also a big plus in my opinion, I much prefer utilitarian metal lids to glass ones that tend to trap green scourer fibres when you wash them.

We have used these pans for about a month now and my wife, who does most of the cooking, is delighted with them. I am surprised she found the handles comfortable because they do look a bit slender but she is perfectly happy with them. She hasn't encountered the staining problem that others have mentioned and she washes by hand as well as using the dishwasher. They heat up fast and evenly and we have both noticed that they seem less likely to burn food on the bottom. So far they don't seem to have picked up a single scratch. Some say they are light in weight but my wife sees that as an advantage. They are heavy enough to be very sturdy. We find the handle arrangement with double handles on all bar the milk pan ideal. It means they fit better in cupboards and ovens, are less likely to be accidentaly knocked when on the hob and are easier to carry when full. We use them on an induction hob as well as a solid fuel range cooker. They work well on both. I am not in the business of pushing products to anyone but I can say we are very happy with our purchase.

Good quality and heat distribution. Pots look good too. The only minor complaint is that it’s probably one pot too many in the set, I think you don’t need all 5 for a small household (2-3 people).

This is a top quality set of casserole pots. They are beautifully made and are sturdy but not too heavy. I made a casserole starting by sautéing the ingredients on my gas cooker, nothing stuck to the pot not even the meat. The handles and lid did not become too hot to touch either. The lids are well fitting so that the casserole doesn't dry out in the oven. My only minor grumble is that they don't stack so they take up a lot of space when not in use. I'm very pleased with my purchase and expect to be using them for many years to come.

Gorgeous set, excellent quality but I returned it because the largest stock pot in the set was larger than I expected so I would never have used it…

This pots are absolutely amazing.. I bought them because the stackable ones I have didn’t have the sizes I needed, in hindsight I should have just bought these and not wasted my money the other ones.. They are great value for money, I have burnt the bottom and after a good scrub it all came off.. they retain their heat and they have kept their shine.. easy to clean.. all in all a great buy.. Enjoy

Chiaramente ognuno di noi ha il proprio modo di prendersi cura delle cose, quindi non escludo che i difetti menzionati dagli utenti siano in realtà dei danni che loro stessi recano inconsapevolmente

we received the Zwilling Passion pans - they look beautiful. One of the lids had a dent in it so we started a return process. These are sourced from Amazon UK, and if I would have gone through with the return, it would have cost me $200 in shipping - which is more than the pans cost. Amazon would only cover $20. I assumed (bad on me) that the return would be like any other Amazon product.

Produkt niet kopen! Deksels can de pannen trekken vacuüm. Als je na het koken het vuur uitzet terwijl de deksel van de pan er opzit, gaat de deksel op een gegeven moment vacuüm trekken. Het midden van de deksel wordt naar boven gezogen. De eerste keer dat dat gebeurde schrok ik van het geluid. Daarna zit de deksel zo vast dat het niet meer van de pan afgaat, terwijl hete voedsel nog in de pan zit. Pan af laten koelen en daarna met een mes de deksel er af gewrikt. Dit is toch niet de bedoeling van een pan. Heel gevaarlijk en vervelend want je kan het eten niet opdienen.
